Colonel Saab is an elegant restaurant bar and private dining space in Holborn, central London, from Roop Partap Choudhary that offers a unique quality dining experience with fine Indian flavours. Located in the former Holborn Town Hall, the restaurant is housed in the old public library. The original building was constructed in 1894 in the French Renaissance style, complete with arched entrances flanked by Corinthian style pillars and oriel windows on the first floor, and is now a listed heritage building.
