Biltong, better than jerky! Welcome to Meat Makers, a 100% Canadian-owned meatery. We want to share our love of meat with fellow Ontarians. We specialize in producing a South African delicacy called biltong which is often described as being similar to Jerky but healthy (No Nitrates or added sugar).
