Sink or Swim is Charleston’s premier swim school. We are a dedicated team of professional swimming instructors, passionate about teaching the important skills that can keep you and your children safe around water. With our drowning prevention and self-rescue swimming lessons, we help all ages gain confidence in a fun, engaging environment. We also offer stroke, dive lessons, and swim team prep. Our certified swim instructors teach students breath control, face down swimming, roll back to float, and how to confidently repeat the swim-float-swim sequence to the edge of the pool. Each lesson builds confidence in an encouraging environment that lets each child progress at a pace they are comfortable with.
