Tamalitoz are handcrafted Ribbon candy pillows filled with a mild blend of chili lime and sea salt. At Sugarox we are candy artisans, specializing in old fashion gourmet hard candy, Tamalitoz is the fusion of these old school candy pillows with the flavors of found in Mexican Candy.
We want to position Tamalitoz by Sugarox as a cool, fun, spicy, colorful, candy brand, We don't want people to think "Mexican Candy", rather an up-scale candy with a Mexican twist. Our most rescent flavor launches are actually American flavors (Cherry, Green Apple and Blood Orange) with chili inside, note these are not Mexican, nor is there anything like it in Mexico, its a fusion of flavors. We like to think of them as Chicano Candies, American flavors with Mexican Roots.
